The hunt begins the week of July 7, 2025. There are three medallions: beginner, intermediate, and expert difficulty.

 

Each medallion will have its own set of clues that will be released each week until found.

 

The beginner difficulty clues will be published by the Henderson Independent.

 

The intermediate clues will be published by the Le Sueur County News. (The papers may publish the clues in print and/or digitally.)

 

The expert clues will be disseminated by KCHK radio.

 

The Chamber will then re-share the clues later in the week – get them early from each respective media outlet for an advantage! All the clues can eventually be found on the Chamber facebook page and website throughout the hunt.

The medallions will be hidden in Le Sueur.

​

They will be hidden on publicly accessible land – not on any private property, business property, or anywhere dangerous such as near the river or other potentially hazardous areas.

​

You won’t have to dig or climb.

​

The medallions - or parts of them - will be in plain sight (though they may get covered up naturally by leaves, grass, or other debris.)

​

They can be IN, UNDER, and AROUND... but not fully buried, in the air, or locked inside anything.

​

There are instructions to email us here at the Chamber when a medallion is found. Finders get to keep the medallion and each medallion has its own prize package. Prizes from Wise Furniture, Treasures In Town, The Bar and Grill, First Farmers & Merchants, aDDDvantage Creations, and The Chamber.
